You will have "24 hrs" after the NINETY-DAY (90) guarantee to request a refund. There are "NO REFUNDS" for "SUBSCRIPTIONS" or "ANY ORDERS" submitted through mail-in offers. There are "NO Refunds" on renewal orders (see Line 13. Subscription or Membership cancellations). Please see the next paragraph for contact information (12. Membership). Refunds will be issued by the same means as accepted minus any PayPal fees or Credit Card Processing fees.
12. Membership. Access to this site requires a paid membership or subscription. All memberships and subscriptions will be initiated at the then current individual rate and for your convenience, automatic renewals for ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS and MEMBERSHIPS will be processed by recurring billing methods that will commence on the anniversary date of said "SUBSCRIPTION or MEMBERSHIP" expiration date until cancellation of service is made and received by any of the following methods:

13. Subscription or Membership cancellations must be received “before” the next billing cycle renewal date to avoid the automatic non-refundable renewal fee for said service. Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through this site may be made by automatic credit card, check or bank debit or through any other facility available during the registration process, and you hereby authorize the firm and/or its authorized agent (the "agent"), which is currently PayPal, Inc. And Authorize.net, to transact such payments on your behalf by charging your credit card (or other approved facility) for the subscription fees according to the billing terms for membership posted on these terms of use at the time of payment. Subscription fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable regardless of how long the user remains a member except as stated in # 11- refunds. The user agrees to be personally liable for all charges incurred by the user during or through the use of the site. The user's liability for such charges shall continue after termination of the user's membership for any reason. A Credit Card Chargeback found to be Fraudulent or unfounded on behalf of the issuing credit card holders company investigation, will be billed and collected by Houston Choice Mall and their Corporate Attorneys at a rate of $35.00 per incident and further attempts to collect this Chargeback Fee will result in additional recoveries of all Chargeback Fees, Attorney Fees, court costs and accrued interest (The highest allowable by Law - Currently 29.9% APR). The original Chargeback Fee's will be due and Payable within 10 days of notification. No exceptions. Failure to remit payment will result in the execution of this policy and Litigation will commence whereas there will be no other options available to fulfill this debt without a court ordered proceeding.
